travel

I enjoy the way my mind goes when I leave to roam the world. All thoughts of everyday life and worries fade and the feeling of living in the now permeates. The unknown beckons and life unfolds with a newness that fully captivates the spirit. Although the luxuries of everyday life are forfeited as new and interesting situations make you adapt your habits of life. I do enjoy the travel, the adventure, the new, although I am one to wander living in being lost, putting your mind on edge in new and sometimes precarious situations. The comforts of home do get missed as do the abstract conversations with friends and family, for when traveling and meeting new people the conversations though enlightening are some what mundane in their structure. Not a fault of the person, more of the situation of meeting someone new, and those same steps are repeated with each new person. This can easily by-passed as the conversation develops and sparks of interest are ignited and knowledges are exchanged. My eyes do fade as I look onward to my mind roaming the next landscapes to unfold.
