diet

So I did a two week low carb diet were I ate only tuna, chicken, egg whites and some veggies. I lost about 5 pounds, but I wasn't really exercising that hard because of my arm, it is still rehabbing. My energy levels seemed to be real low as digesting all that protein really slows your metabolism down, and mine was slow already. Mentally it wasn't that hard to stay the diet, going out sort of sucked, as the only thing I was drinking was water or green tea. I did lose a taste for the food though and started dreaming of eating fruit. I had pretty much eliminated sugar from my diet but now I'm on a raw food diet of fruits, vegetables and nuts, I've also opened up my beverage intake to juices and alcohol :). I instantly felt my energy pick up with introduction of fruits, ahhh sugar the best drug ever!!!
